About PMRC
The Public Management Research Conference (PMRC) provides a platform to share innovative research, exchange ideas, and foster collaboration within the global public management community. Proposals undergo a competitive peer-review process, and the conference offers panels, workshops, presentations and opportunities for professional exchange.
About the host
The Department of Public Policy at Corvinus University of Budapest is Hungary’s leading centre for research and education in public policy and public management. The Department offers Hungary’s only EAPAA-accredited Master’s programme in Public Policy and Management (PUMA) and is a member of the European Masters of Public Administration (EMPA) network.
With a long tradition of international collaboration, Department faculty contribute to academic communities including IRSPM, EGPA and NISPAcee. The Department builds on extensive experience organising international academic events, including previous IRSPM conferences in Budapest.
Conference campus
Corvinus University of Budapest is a specialised university focusing on business, economics and the social sciences, with more than a century of academic tradition. Located in the heart of Budapest on the banks of the Danube, it provides an international environment for education, research and academic collaboration.
Conference activities are planned across central Corvinus venues, ranging from the University’s historic Main Building overlooking the Danube to the modern Gellért Campus. Detailed venue assignments and the final conference map will be published closer to the event.
