Travel to Budapest
By air
Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport (BUD) is approximately 30–40 minutes from central Budapest. The 100E Airport Express provides a direct public-transport connection to the city centre; official taxis and other ground-transport options are also available.
By train
Budapest’s main railway stations — Keleti, Nyugati and Déli — are connected to the city’s public transport network. International rail services connect Budapest with major cities across Central and wider Europe.
Getting around
Corvinus University is well served by Metro M4, Tram 2, Trams 47 and 49, and several bus routes. The BudapestGO app provides journey planning and ticket or pass information.
Visa information
Hungary is part of the Schengen Area. Visa requirements depend on nationality and individual travel status. Participants who require a visa should consult official Hungarian and EU sources well before travelling.
The conference organisers can provide an invitation letter to registered participants who require visa documentation. Details of the procedure will be confirmed closer to the conference.

Accommodation
Corvinus University does not currently have contracted hotels or negotiated conference rates for PMRC 2027. Participants are asked to book directly with the hotel of their choice. Early June is a busy tourist period in Budapest, so advance booking is recommended.

Conference campus
Corvinus University’s central campus is located beside Fővám tér and the Danube. Conference activities are planned across central Corvinus venues, including the historic Main Building and the modern Gellért Campus. Detailed room assignments and the final conference map will be published closer to the event.
Gellért Campus
The modern Gellért Campus is located across Liberty Bridge on the Buda side, within walking distance of the Main Building.
